About the
Director

Originating from Ireland, David fell in love with the harbour city and decided to make it his home. David learned the painting trade from his father Joe, who taught him old school methods of craftmanship. The pair worked side by side for more than 10 years, keeping up with constantly evolving painting systems and technologies.

With his wealth of knowledge in painting systems, blending a mix of old school methods and modern techniques, and a qualification in interior design, David set up MDS painting after emigrating to Australia and has been building the company from strength to strength for almost ten years.
